We provide Scholarships from our charitable trust, up to 5,00,000 INR per candidate, under various enablement and empowerment programs, towards fee for school, college, various programs, courses, training, and internships provided by RamaSpeaks.com subject to terms & conditions. People of any age, including children of any gender can apply. Selection is based on factors including family background, academic qualification, skills, capabilities, intention, and commitment of the candidate to contribute, adding value for the betterment of the society, industry, organization, social causes, people those who are distress and in need, who cannot pay by their own or other means.  Selection Panel is the deciding authority and their decision are final. 

Scholarship is awarded only towards the fees of the course, training, and internship, and to those as part of it. It does not cover accommodation, food, devices, equipment, computers, licenses, infrastructure, and the like. Amount and percentage of funds may be approved for full or partial based on various factors and as decided by the panel, which is the sole deciding authority including the amount or percentage approved, terms & conditions, waivers, if any as required and applicable.

It is funded by its contributors of the Trust, who provide their hard-earned money to help and support those who are in need. Please make sure to apply and or use the scholarships only when you are in real need of it, this makes sure it reaches those who actually need such support. Trust panel scrutinizes the applications to make sure it awards scholarships only to the right ones.

It provides ample opportunities and support for aspiring professionals, and start-ups through various programs carefully crafted to enable one to connect with industry experts, identify the right career roadmap, build required skills and capabilities, get hands-on work experience, connect with industry, professionals, mentors, advanced technologies, practices, directly from experienced professionals and industry work environment with the supporting scholarships.

Scholarship offers up to 5,00,000 INR per candidate towards courses, training, and internship fees for the Honorary Internship from RamaSpeaks.com. Selection is purely based on merits including academic qualification, skills, capabilities, intention, and commitment of the candidate to contribute, adding value for the betterment of the society, industry, organization, and people in need. The scholarship is awarded only towards the fees of the course, training, and internship and to those as part of it. It does not cover accommodation, food, devices, equipment, computers, licenses, infrastructure, and the like. Amount and percentage of funds may be approved for full or partial based on various factors and as decided by the panel, which is the sole deciding authority including the waivers of conditions, if any.

If any of the required qualifications or criteria for the scholarship are not met, you may apply for Self-supported Programs, internships, and likes, which are completely self-funded ones at the candidate's fund or cost. Following are some of the key terms & conditions, and disclaimer, which is the subset of those of RamaSpeaks.com and the Trust.

Qualification: It includes but is not limited to candidates with good academic qualifications, in line with the field of applied internship, with exceptionally good scores (85% / 9.0 CGPA and above), and have required demonstratable and deliverable skills, and capabilities. Requires candidate to work for the organization with required productivity, compliance, deliverables, attendance (>=95%), and monthly performance review score equal to or more than 85%. Cleared all screening processes (technical, management, HR, KYC, Verification) and selected and or recommended for honorary internship.

Application processing Fee (Non-refundable): It is mandatory, and to be paid at the time of applying. It is 354 INR (300 INR Processing fee + 18 % GST). Applications without valid, verified payment transaction details, and screenshots will not be processed. This fee is primarily towards the processing expenses and to deter fake, irresponsible, invalid applications wasting our team's resources and time. This one-time processing fee is not refundable and will not be adjusted for other purpose. On application acceptance and successful payment verification, the Applicant Information Form (AIF) will be sent for further processing, which takes 1-3 working days. AIF processing, and interview if required will take 3-5 working days from the AIF submission date. Processing status including approval as applicable will be sent directly to the applicant's digital communication handle(s) including WhatsApp and or Email.

Registration / Admission Fee (Non-refundable): To be paid only if the Scholarship (full/partial) is approved and accepted by the applicant, not applicable or required in other cases. Amount of 826 INR (700 INR Fee + 18% GST) to be paid before joining. This fee includes charges for KYC, credentials and background verification, career counselling report (to identify profile category, career roadmap, suitable industry role, skills, capabilities, recommended programs, training, and more), and enrolment into the platform. The process takes 3-10 working days. Admission of selected candidates is subjected to a successful KYC, verification process. This one-time processing fee is non-refundable.

Security deposit (Refundable): On a case-to-case basis, a security deposit may be requested, which is completely refundable on successful completion of the program for which the scholarship is awarded. Only selected candidates with approved scholarships and on confirmed admission after due KYC, verification process need to pay this deposit, before joining. This amount is refundable on successful completion of the Internship program. This amount is primarily to deter misuse of awarded scholarship, or internship to prevent irresponsible, thankless discontinuation and or termination of the candidate due to misconduct, non-performance, non-compliance to policies including organizational data security, violation of NDA, breach of agreement and or conduct, security and non-productivity and the likes during the program, in which case the security deposit will be considered as penalty and becomes non-refundable. On successful completion of the program, the security deposit will be either refunded in stages during the internship itself or returned at the end of the program as recommended and decided by the panel and agreed upon by the applicant.

Waiver: A security deposit waiver is available only to exceptional candidates where one can guarantee their successful completion of the program including but not limited to a guarantor for the security deposit and or by other means other than the security deposit as appropriate and applicable and is subjected to acceptance and approval by the panel. In special cases including cases of inability of the applicant/candidate to financially afford, being a child of a single parent, adopted child, or such like on extraordinary cases and circumstances the panel sees valid reasons for the waiver. Waiver is not available/applicable for any fees including Processing Fee, Admission / Registration fee. Any other waiver of conditions and criteria can be discussed with the Panel before approval of the Scholarship

Selection: Selection to Honorary Internship is purely by merit, based on academic qualification, skills, capabilities, profile, the outcome of the screening process including interview (Technical, Management, HR), approval of the internship by the panel, and due successful verification processes including KYC.

Scholarship Approval: Approval of scholarship will be done after scrutiny of the application, which involves assurance of the worthiness of the applicant, and genuine need for allocation of scholarship to make sure the right candidates get it to complete their internship, training, and courses. The amount of scholarship approved can be full or partial on a case-to-case basis and the decision of the scholarship panel is final under any circumstance. As the trust pays for the fees to support the candidate, with scholarship funding, they are required to meet criteria including work hours of 45 per week, with at least 95% attendance, at least 85% score in their periodic performance assessment and compliance to the terms & conditions all the time. 

Scholarship Cancellation: Approved scholarship can be cancelled for reasons of disqualification including but not limited to wrong or invalid or false information, credentials, data submitted, and or any misconduct, non-compliance to policies including organization security, NDA, unapproved discontinuation, termination, or the likes. In case of such disqualification, the trust that provides the funding scholarship reserves all the right to recover any amount funded for such candidates, by any means possible, and demand additional interest, and penalty for damages direct and indirect as part of the recovery. This is primarily to deter those who misuse such scholarships and funding for deserving candidates. Genuine cancellations are allowed subject to the acceptance or approval by the trust.

Admission: Panel-recommended Honorary Internship candidate admissions are confirmed only after completion of admission processes including Applicant Information Verification, meeting criteria including KYC, verifications (background, credential, reference...), payment of fees and or deposits including security deposit as required, and applicable.

Benefits: During the internship, admitted interns will get career counselling, a defined career roadmap, customized internship, access to industry experts, technologies, training, courses, job learning, and access to various platforms, tools, utilities, guidance, and process. On successful completion, candidates will be provided with an internship and or work experience service certificate as applicable, digitally verifiable secure certificates for completed training, merit/recommendation letters along with options to apply/join us as permanent associates, references, with available job openings, optional career guidance, placement assistance, membership to consultant platform with options to work as consultants are provided. No job is assured or promised as part of the internship but is limited to providing the necessary environment and support where one can become an excellent professional in the chosen role.

Earn while Learn: Candidates are encouraged to be self-sufficient using various opportunities available to "earn while learn". Opportunities are available subject to the candidate's readiness and capabilities to work and deliver to the available opportunities. Earnings will be credited to their bank account directly after due statutory requirements including income tax deduction as applicable.

Work: Between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, work days, Monday - Friday. Flexi hours with 45 work hours per week are available on prior approval. Attendance is vital for successful completion. Interns will be reporting to the assigned manager, with access to HR SPOC, Mentor, Performance review panel (PRP), grievance cell, and intern support desk.

Mode of Work: Except for very few roles, all internship roles will be working from home (WFH) / remote with a BYOD (bring your own device) policy including Laptop and or required devices, and network.
